To ensure optimal availability, kindly make your reservations 24 hours prior. If you require out-of-state transportation or insurance pre-authorizations, please provide us with a 48-hour notice. As for in-town transfers, we can promptly arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 hours of your call.
Absolutely, we offer tailored transportation services to accommodate your specific requirements. You have the option to utilize your own manual or electric wheelchair, or even bring both along. Furthermore, please be aware that all our vehicles are equipped with comfortable wheelchairs that you may use.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and personal checks (accompanied by identification). Payment is required at the time of transportation unless alternative arrangements have been previously agreed upon with QTS.
Certainly, we welcome your caregiver or family member to accompany you on your journey. While it is not mandatory, we encourage it. Additionally, we are pleased to accommodate service animals. Please note that we do not charge any extra fees for additional passengers.
