For passengers who can walk independently or with minimal assistance but require safe and reliable transportation. Common trip types include: Medical appointments; Follow-ups and checkups; Therapy sessions; Outpatient visit.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE TRANSPORTATION

For passengers who use wheelchairs and need assistance entering/exiting the vehicle and secure transport during transit. Includes: Safe wheelchair loading; Proper securement during travel; Courteous assistance throughout the ride.

STRETCHER / GURNEY TRANSPORTATION

For passengers who must remain lying down during transport and require stable positioning and careful handling. Recommended for: Post-procedure transportation; Recovery support rides; Medical discharge pickups (non-emergency).
